Terms & Conditions

You hire me to make a video, I make it, you pay for it. Two rounds of revisions are included. The finished file is yours once it's paid for. Nothing here is unusual for freelance work, I just wanted it written down.

Every project starts with a call or a message thread where we agree on what's being made, roughly how long it'll take, and what it costs. That agreement, whatever form it takes, is the scope. If you ask for something outside it partway through, like a second video or a format the quote didn't cover, I'll quote that separately rather than fold it in for free.

Most projects run $200 to $500 depending on length and complexity. I ask for half upfront before I start and the rest on delivery, before I hand over the final export. For longer projects we can split it into more stages if that's easier on your end.

Unpaid invoices past 14 days pause the project. I'll always message you before that happens, nobody gets surprised.

I ask for one to two weeks per project. That covers the brief, gathering assets, and building the animation without rushing it. Delays on your end, like slow feedback or missing assets, push the delivery date back by the same amount.

Two rounds are included in every quote. A round means one batch of notes, not one note at a time trickled in over a week. Past those two rounds, we agree on a fair rate for extra changes before I start on them.

Once the final invoice is paid, the delivered video is yours to use however you like. I keep the right to show the project in my own portfolio and reel unless you specifically ask me not to, for example if it's under NDA.

You can cancel at any point. The deposit covers the time already spent, so it's non-refundable once work has started. If you cancel before I've started, I'll refund it in full.

I'm not liable for how the finished video performs once it's in your hands, that part is on your marketing, not my motion graphics. I'll do good, honest work; what happens after delivery is outside my control.
